CodeIT Innovation is collecting donations to support combat medics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. We are funding certified tactical medical gear for the "The Gentlemen" unit of the 100th Brigade.
These items are designed for the "Golden Hour"—the critical 60-minute window after an injury.
On the battlefield, 86% of trauma-related deaths occur within the first 30 minutes.
On the battlefield, 86% of trauma-related deaths occur within the first 30 minutes.
A soldier’s survival depends entirely on how quickly medics can stop the bleeding; this speed also determines whether a limb can be saved or must be amputated.
The Impact of Time Timely medical aid on the battlefield reduces the risk of death by nearly 40%.
“It’s not just the injury that kills—it’s the delay in immediate tactical care,” says Serhii Kalishchuk, Senior Combat Medic of the 100th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
With up to 300 casualties a day, medics are in constant need of high-turnover supplies.
