The Customer used a complex Excel-based tool, configured manually.
For every installation project, tracking all equipment details and exchanging compliance checklists across many suppliers became incredibly cumbersome.
This manual approach consumed excessive time, made traceability difficult, and increased the risk of errors due to handling multiple file copies.

Seeking a more reliable and user-friendly method, the provider decided to invest in a new solution. Their aim was to make their cybersecurity network engineering process traceable, error-proof, and significantly easier for their team to use.
